The hummingbird
There was a fire in the bush. As the elephants, giraffes, alligators, rhinos, hippos, storks, monkeys, zebras, and gazelles stood by, a small hummingbird decided to do something about the fire destroying the place they called home. With all her might and strength she flew from the bush to the valley, where the water was, and filled her beak. Going back and forth between the bush and the valley, she offered her few drops to stop the fire. As the other animals looked on and mocked, they questioned what she was doing, and why. Not taking time to entertain her detractors, she continued to fill her tiny beak and bring her moisture to quell the fire. Completely worn-out, nearly singed, and dead tired , she turned to the murmurers and responded simply, I'm doing the best I can.

Really, really great blog! You have summed up the focal points of the process better than any thing I have read on the subject. Please do write more entries!
You write really well. Why have you stopped? I look forward to your next blog!
